This policy covers leadcapturechatbot.com, run by Alpha Key Digital in Cleveland, Ohio. It explains what we collect when you visit this site and what we do with it.

When you send us an inquiry

If you complete the "Get it on your site" chat, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), website address, type of business, and any notes about the questions you'd like to ask your visitors.

We use this only to reply to you about setting up the chatbot. It is delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend, and a copy is briefly kept in our hosting provider's (Vercel) logs. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

The demo chat

The demo near the top of the page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the demo is sent to us or stored anywhere.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, and whether they try the demo or send an inquiry. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We never send it the answers you type into either chat.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses this data.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to talk with you about the chatbot, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
