Frequently asked questions

Is this an AI chatbot?

No, and that's on purpose. It's a guided conversation that asks exactly the questions you set up. It never makes up prices, promises appointments or says something off-brand. Its only job is to collect the details you need to follow up.

Do I need to be online to answer chats?

No. The chat runs on its own and sends you the lead by email the moment the visitor finishes. You follow up when it suits you.

Where do the leads go?

To the email addresses you choose, and into the Leads list in your WordPress dashboard. You can export the list to a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Can I change the questions later?

Yes, any time. Add, remove, reword or reorder questions from your dashboard. Past leads keep their original answers.

Will it match my website?

Yes. It uses your logo and brand colors, and can use your website's font. You can also choose a light or dark chat window and which corner the button sits in.

What about spam?

It has three layers of protection: a hidden trap field only bots fill in, a check that the chat wasn't completed impossibly fast, and a limit on how many times one visitor can submit in a short period.

How long does setup take?

Usually three to five business days from the time you send us your logo and questions.

What if I don't like it?

If it's not capturing leads within 30 days, we remove it and refund the setup fee.

Does my website need to be on WordPress?
